We stumbled upon Lauren Dowling with Beyond the Move Realty by sheer luck.  As it turns out, we had no idea how lucky we were.  Lauren was assisting a former tenant of ours with a relocation, so we came to know her on the “other side” of that transaction.  We enjoyed her demeanor and appreciated her knowledge of the Austin market, so when my husband and I decided to sell our rental property, we began discussing our options with Lauren.  Lauren was extremely knowledgeable and professional in advising us on the appropriate asking price as well as managing the listing throughout the sale process in this crazy market.  We ended up with multiple offers over asking price, and Lauren was very good at maneuvering through what ended up being a complicated series of events to get the sale closed.  Had it not been for Lauren’s persistence, knowledge, and patience, the sale would not have gone nearly as smoothly as it did.  I would highly recommend Lauren for all of your real estate needs!
