 I bring a strong “customer service” philosophy to my real estate business. I strive to be accessible to my clients, a good listener and a good communicator. I always put my clients interest first.  There are many qualities and skills required to provide good customer service. Some of these are, good negotiations skills, a positive outlook, up-to date business and marketing knowledge, and the ability to understand your client’s goals. I strive to make the home buying and selling process a fun and stress free adventure.  

 Experience:  

 Before beginning my real estate career, I worked in the insurance and banking industries for several years. I am a firm believer in continuing education, integrity, honesty, and professionalism. I earned the following designations and certifications in 2008: “ePro” certification in the Technology Certification Program, to keep up with growing technology in the real estate world and Certified Negotiation Expert “CNE” designation, to enhance my negotiation skills. I also completed courses in Psychology of Investing, Psychology of Marketing, and Business Building, at the Austin Institute of Real Estate. I am currently working on my “GRI” Graduate Realtor Institute designation. My goal is to keep abreast of the most current market and business practices, to provide my clients with the best possible guidance in their real estate transactions.
