Charles was born in Austin and returned to attend The University of Texas.  He brings to Green Horse Realty, a division of Beyond the Move Realty 25 years of experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Investment Financing Management and Development.  He founded, developed and operates Chaparral Ice Centers in Austin including the newly redeveloped Northcross Mall facility.  Co-founder and current President of Chaparral Star Academy an Exemplary rated charter school.

Charles is an avid marathon runner and coach who believes that the qualities of a successful real estate professional and endurance runner are very similar.  He brings a marathoner’s intensity and focus to the task fo acheiving your real estate needs and goals.
