New home on the market in Granada Hills, freshly painted and ready for you to unpack and start enjoying life.

8009 Espanola located in the highly sought after Granada Hills Subdivision located in South Austin, just down the road from the highly prestigious Austin Waldorf School.    This house is ready for a new owner and has lots of space, both inside and out.  The tax record says the home is 2619 square foot and sits on over 1 acre, but both the home and the lot sure feel bigger.  There are a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, 2 living rooms and an open, updated kitchen.  The house has a true mother-in-law plan, with one master upstairs and another downstairs.  The master downstairs has its own separate entrance that leads to a good sized deck, it also has its own air conditioning unit and water heater to cut down on bills when not in use.  This room could also be used as an incredible hobby or play room.
