What if you could wake up every first of the year knowing that will make $3,000? What if you were making that money passively? Sounds like a pretty good deal. What if you were not only making the 3k, but you were making say 8 or 9% additional on your cash spent per year? What if you your investment itself, not the percentage of what you invested, grew 3 to 4% a year? I would think that would make someone smile. I know it does for me personally.

To buy $1 of stock, you will have to spend $1. To buy a $100,000 property, you could do it with 20 or 25% (in some situations 5%). In other words, $25,000 buys you a $100,000 investment.

In future forum postings, I will break it down step by step.

What I will tell you now, is it takes a team of people to make it happen. Trusted Advisors is what I like to call this team. This team of advisors would consist of a lender, real estate pro, accountant, general maintenance person and a property manager (this is sometimes done by you). There are other specific people that could finish out the circle, but this is a great start.
