This beautiful community is located along the south shore of Lake Travis as well as the north shore of Lake Austin on approximately 4,600 acres of hill country. Established in the late 1980’s with Taylor Woodrow Builders, Steiner Ranch continued to grow during the 1990’s and is still expanding in today. And if your students are college bound, the University of Texas, Concordia University, Huston-Tilotson College, St. Edwards University and the Austin Community College are available in the Austin area.
Between Lake Austin and Lake Travis you’ll find the University of Texas Golf Club featuring a practice facility, dining and bar areas, a fitness facility and fun family events.

Seton Northwest and St. David’s Medical Center in Round Rock are the closest medical facilities in the area some 30 minutes away. But it’s no longer necessary to drive into Austin proper for groceries for Randall’s, Target & HEB are in the immediate area as well as Home Depot for any home ideas/repairs that come up.
